Alzheimer’s strikes women at twice the rate as men. Maggie and I both lost our moms in the last 12 months so this Mother’s Day feels very different. I played the Purple Ball at Lockwood Folly for all the moms out their with the disease. Let’s find a cure so that no one in the future has to lose their mom this way.
