Wonderful welcome from Marriott Golf with fundraising sign in lobby and proshop. Matt Sim, the GM of Golf, greeted me at the counter saying “I recognize you from Instagram”. My first celebrity sighting.
I played the Lakewood course which had an incredibly hard and beautiful par 5 along the water as an opening hole. The first 5 or 6 holes continued along the water.
If you play here remember everything breaks to the mountain. Shot an 85 but lost 3 balls.
