Yesterday my sister sent me a tragic story from the New York Times about the exploitation of Peter Max. He was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s years ago and different members of his family are being accused of using him for financial gain.
It’s a reminder of how vulnerable people with Alzheimer’s are and how they have to be taken care of. The Purple Ball at Aston Oaks was played for Peter Max.
