I was joined today by the General Manager of the club (Joe) and a gentleman who played the course 188 times last year (Jay).
They gave me a lot of local knowledge but also kicked my butt.
The course is close to Pittsburgh but seemingly in the middle of nowhere. 36 intriguing holes with lots of changes of elevation and no such thing as a flat shot.
From the moment that I emailed Joe 2 weeks ago, everyone was very warm and welcoming.
Shot a 95 with 4 lost balls.
