I began this journey playing with my friend Charlie and it turns out his brother’s father in law died of Alzheimer’s in 2015 after a 10 year battle. He was described as a witty gentleman and one of the smartest people around. I played the Purple Ball at Laurel Hill for Colonel William B. Liddicoet.
