Golf is a funny game. In the morning I learn that my handicap has gone up 2 strokes in the afternoon I shoot my best round of the tour.
Northern Hills is part of the Alamo City Golf Trail. Eight courses in all. They were doing some maintenance; sanding greens and replacing the sprinting system on one hole. Heck, everyone has to do maintenance, but at Northern Hills they discounted the greens fees which was totally fair.
Tim, Don and I teed off early so my brother, Donald Blakelock could fly home. We had a beautiful day and an enjoyable round. It was just all playing golf and talking about Dot.
